Had a phone call with Maria while I was at work, I called and Made an appointment,which surprisingly she agreed to see me the same day. Once I came to the office a little late, everyone still greeted me very Friendly. Maria got my loan approved and stayed past closing to assure that I was satisfied. Just very unprofessional and does not know their information that they are supposed to know. If you are going to deal with them. Go straight through to the manager. Do not do anything over the phone! Poor, poor service! They say they will call you in 15 minutes and that’s a lie! You call them back and they tell you the same thing! They don’t care about anyone but people that are actually coming into the office to do applications. Don’t ever do business on a Friday or just call on a Friday because they are ready for the weekend and Ariel will tell you anything to get you off the phone. She is just rude!

The staff at the Durham office has been a pleasure to work with over the years. They have helped many of my customers get the right payment for their cars and trucks.

I can’t respect this company. Called to get approved for a 5,000 dollar loan. They ran my credit and it’s taking a whole week for a decision. The representative keeps lying to me telling me she will call me back within 15 minutes and never calls. I should not have to call you regarding my application status daily. I know for a fact it does not take a whole month to get an answer! They pretty much ran my credit for no reason! Bad business practices!

I wouldn't give this one particular person that one star. I called and submitted my information and the next day was approved so they said.. When are you coming to get your money? Friday. Friday? Yes I have to work ok off Friday.. Friday comes so I drove my car they took pics wrote all over my title and then tried to readjust my loan. After I was there for 2 hours..Cant wait till Monday so I can talk to corporate

Jason Cassle is extremely helpful whenever I come by the office. He is patient when I ask him to explain things to me. That was especially true recently when my loan was upgraded. This is also true of the other employees at this office. I love to come in to pay my bill because they are all so nice.

Please go to lendmark for your financial needs. They are the best at helping when you are in a bind, even when you have a loan with them and fall short on funds. They will do everything in their power to get you back on track. Most times they can help and sometimes it’s out of their hands. But believe me when I say they gonna do their best to hep you. Especially Jason, he’s one of the best, calm, outgoing loan agent to talk to. He kept me calm and helped me through what I thought was a crisis.
