First Bank - Elizabeth City, NC, Elizabeth City, NC

I have always favored small banks for their personal attention and Select Bank is no different. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Unlike larger banks where you feel like you are walking into a cold morgue at Select you are welcomed as soon as you walk into the door. I often have my morning coffee there. Any problems are quickly addressed personally and professionally. I highly recommend the bank for all personal and business accounts.

Telebank and bank cards need to be re worked...have alot of issues with card not reading at atm....telebank system is ancient

Would not allow them to give a zero but they were extremely rude and also would call their friend and give information about who was in the bank and what they were doing and when confronted they lied and said their people.would not do that so all that money is now at another place
