They are really quick to make a loan, but when it comes to anything else they are absolutely terrible. Constant run around and excuses. If you need any type of customer service you are their last priority.

Totally my oversight not to have reviewed One Main yet. We have worked with this office for last 3 years and experience has been wonderful. Staff is very helpful. Process is smooth. I have been using this company for nearly 30 yrs ,various locations across 2 states and have never had any problems with any office. This office in Elizabeth City is one of the top.
