The branch itself has a good staff always friendly. My boss has his company account through them which is why I started banking there. The mobile deposit was great at first. I would submit on Friday have it Saturday. Now I don't get until Tuesday and nobody can tell me why. Definitely gonna start banking elsewhere.

This has been the worst bank to deal with since being switched from suntrust to this joke of a bank. Customer service is non existent. Had a PayPal transfer that was “lost” for over 30 days and then blamed on PayPal even though I had a confirmation from PayPal’s end but nothing from this bank. Only got it figured out after spending over three hours on the phone being transferred to one “online rep” more like someone sitting at their house in their pajamas. Now checks are taking multiple days to clear after clearing the same checks from the same person over night. There is no consistentcy and now on a holiday weekend have left me with no money while multiple checks were deposited. I really wish there was negative stars to give this joke of a business and bank

this bank is the worst friend think I’ve ever seen in my life . No kind of leadership I would trust tosix-year-old boys running a lemonade stand with my money then this bank . If you want a bank with good service honesty security of your money this bank not for you if you don’t care about your money what happens to it perfect place for your money

The lady that helped me was very nice.. I went in with a flyer saying that I’ll get $$ for opening and checking account & have a direct deposit..... that was false, someone said it was a business acct invitation and asked if I still had the flyer. This was false advertisement or code entry mistake. I’m still going to keep my account
