I just left from one main they told me if I would like to get another loan for holiday I can add it on current one I got they them I talked to Jamie to try get one she asked if it's fine to check credit I said yes but pretty much it was for nothing because she didn't tell me that u got to make 6 payments first before we check ur credit and try to approve u til after the fact not only that she was very pushy when it came to checking my credit and rude bout it when I was trying to get pasture from work she was like no let's just get this done first I felt like she was very pushy and was rushing me if I knew they wasn't going to be able to approve me and her act like that I would have not when and tried again so I dint not like their customer service at all this time and after my loan is paid off I will not be back their first time I went to get a loan and got approved I liked the. Customer service this time I did not and won't be back

Well, you are supposed to be open I see, but the door is locked. And answering machine on and stating you are not open for business like on the Internet site.

The local employees were very friendly, but I do not trust this company and feel they are very shady and take advantage of people in a time if need. I should have been more cautious when I 1st applied. The interest rate that i was eventually given was much higher than the rate i was given on the website pre-approval page. This interest rate (which was secured by my car title) was higher than the cash advance rate of my worst credit card. I made every payment early yet when I requested a deferred payment, to pay for a Dr. appointment, I was charged a fee that was equal to 50% of my actual payment. The payoff amount that I was charged was also more than the entire balance amount that the website said I owed. I just feel with today's technology, that should never happen. I just want to share my personal experience so folks can make an informed decision about using them. Again, the staff at the local branch was very friendly, but obviously had to follow their companies policies.
