We just completed the process of buying a home with Bryson Burt and he is the best by far! We honestly didn't even think we qualified to buy. But after speaking with him, we found out we did! We bought a house for sale by owner, so buying our first home without a realtor was a little intimidating. But Bryson and his staff made the whole process so smoothe. We have heard horror stories about buying, and the process. But they were literally a step ahead from the beginning. It was such a breeze, that we felt like there was more we should be doing. Bryson answered every email, phone call, and drop in with all of the many questions we had. Walked us through it all, sat down with us and explained all of the numbers, and was just awesome! There is no one else I would recommend if you are looking to buy a house. He is the best around!

It can be intimidating to give so much financial information. But Andrew does not just ask for numbers, he gets to know his clients. Our financing with Regina went pretty smoothly. Considering we live in another state and it was during the Christmas season we still closed right on time. The Homestar staff in the Murphy and Franklin offices were so friendly and it only took a month from start to finish. We feel they did a great job and would definitely feel comfortable working with them again.

Using Regina England with HomeStar was a wonderful experience. She was so helpful and walk my husband and I through the complete process, she was available at all times, and even went out of her way to help us when it came time to collect documents, we had moved from California and many things were boxed up still and she helped us find ways to locate them, copy, and even fax at her office. Regina is great to work with and we'd definitely use her again.

Bryson Burt is a con artist who does not honor his word. He has taken our money we paid in to lock in our home rate and then still did not honor it. Do not not use this company!!!!!!

At a time when interest rates were soaring, Bryson locked me in on a great rate during one week when it fell! Very knowledgeable and on top of his game!!
