Love credit unions!!! So much better than any bank, more personal experience when they get to know you.

Worst bank I have ever belonged to. Should not even be allowed to be a credit union. Nothing good to say and now they closed the lobby so all transactions, no matter how involved and time consuming, are handled at the drive through. Holds on checks are also excessive.

Been a member just over 5 yrs. Enjoy doing business with them. The rates paid and charged are consistent with other financial institutions. Fees charged are substantially less than local banks. Cannot do better than your local credit union. Their board of directors and committees are unpaid, committed volunteers. All profit is returned to the members by way of improved and expanded services. Friendly, good and professional service. Would love to see Saturday hours but with ATMs and online service, it probably isn't necessary. They are truly PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE.

I opened an account here in August 2017. The customer service I received from a former employee, was fantastic. Unfortunately, I haven't seen him since. The (seasoned) employees are rude, and impersonal. They still put a 5 day hold on deposited checks like it's 1983, and there is not enough technology to decipher a "good" check from a "bad" one. The benefits of using a credit union don't apply here. Save yourself the time and hassle and find somewhere else to bank, like I will.

So pleased with our experience with Franklin Branch. We already had our car loan with them and Tammy found us the perfect loan for our home improvement needs. Couldn't be happier! And everyone in the branch is very friendly and helpful.
