United Community Bank, Franklin, NC

Tried all day to get through on the phone, never an answer, granted it was a Friday, but all day and no one could pick up. And seriously, closed on Saturdays, even drive-thru?!! How are regular working folks supposed to get stuff done. So much for the bank built on SERVICE!! I'll stick with the Clayton branch. They bend over backwards to help their customers!!

my check was held because I opened an account at one branch and deposited my check at another branch. I have never had a problem with other banks . crazy that I have to deposit my checks at the branch I opened my account if I deposit at any other branch they hold it . just sharing my experience so it doesn't happen to anyone else

Coming in from out of state and dealing with a lost parent. They were incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help me out and get things cleared up. Donna N was just amazing.

By far, THE WORST BANK in Macon County..Horrible customer service, Branch manager with an attitude. If I were you, I would take my business elsewhere. More trouble with our account here past 30 days than in 7 Years with Entegra Bank.

Great bank...have always been treated like family since I moved hear 7 years ago....my wife loves it too ( and she’s picky!). Nice small town hospitality and service!
