Cale is NOT legit. I have been an investor for 8 years and I was branching out to get new rates. His rates sound great but he doesn’t deliver and when I gave him money for the appraisal, the appraiser “never showed up” and Cale said he was going to give me my 2500 I paid for the appraisal and he still hasn’t paid me. He’s a slick talker but a scammer. He will steal your money.

I had a wonderful experience, Cale and his team were great through the whole process. At first I was a little unsure if they were going to be able to get my project done as it was a larger project of 52 units, but they were diligent and were able to get my ground up construction project over the finish line. I will definitely be using them again on my next project.

Eikon Capital is a great Private Lender. Cale Villano and his team are always very responsive and available. They always make sure to get me The best rates and their customer service is really on point. They are great with Deals with a tight closing date and difficulties, they always get the job done.

I just want to first start off and say what a HORRIBLE experience it was dealing with this company. The whole process there was no communication. Cale would not respond to emails or text 2 days before closing. Cale and his assistant Tiana were sent multiple emails by the title company and they didn't send one response back until I told them we are pulling the loan. I have never in my life worked with such an unprofessional company and the real estate industry. This company is a borderline scam!

Cale is a scam artist. He just stole $3,500 of an “appraisal fee” from me and cost me a deal because he wasn’t sending the money to pay for my appraisa for 2 weeks. He will be in jail very soon. We have filed for the Fraud investigation to be opened. Any other victims please message me.
