OneMain Financial, Garner, NC

It was a pleasure to deal with OneMain Financial. The person who I talked with was very pleasant. She explained every step of the loan application.

Overall I was ready to give up on trying to get a loan. The people that I had spoken with was just rude, didn't know what was going on or didn't know everything I need to bring with me. Then Dana got on the phone and she was absolutely pleasant and amazing! I would give more stars bit it was like pulling teeth to get someone competent on the phone. If you call here ask for Dana! She's amazing, patient and very informative.

The staff is nonchalant, unprofessional, very rude and not trained properly!!! Eddie I think that was his name is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL employee that I’ve spoken with at this location . Do yourself a favor and RUN FROM THIS BRANCH!!! Not even if it’s your LAST RESORT! You’re welcome! First he said the don’t work with Wells Fargo and my SS don’t match my bank.. which is not true.. don’t waste ur time at this place.. go somewhere else

The McCoy person should learn how to not use "sweet" or "baby" and "dear" when talking to clients. I don't appreciate being called that over the phone. Learn professionalism. My husband nor I do not like to be called these names. Office manager should have a talk with this person and let her know not to use these words there are some people who like being called these words for we do not. If nothing is done about this then i will be going to corporate.

I couldn’t get to my car fast enough to write this review. I just got a loan here. The people in this office have bad customer service. I felt super rushed, and the person who helped me named Danelle seemed super irritated and rude like I was holding her up. The worst part is when I left out I watched her roll her eyes and appeared to have been gossiping about me with her coworker.

Ms. McCoy was very nice and very friendly. I was helped thru the process on what I needed to do.
