Unclear communication, disorganization and expectations were not managed at all. With so many choices for loans these days, go with someone else. Read the reviews, they are all the same. Delayed closings, bullying and combative loan officers. I've never been treated so poorly and this was my 4th home purchase. No dirty laundry aired here. Stating facts.

Leslie Long, my loan consultant, was open to all of my research and suggestions and looked for ways to make it work. She also was proactive of what to expect from the underwriters which made the process less painful. She was willing to work with the NC down-payment assistance program and the USDA loans despite the paperwork involved. She was responsive and amenable to my work schedule. She is trustworthy which I highly value and I felt like she really had my best interest in mind.

I highly recommend Caliber! They won’t leave you in the dark like some of these big loan companies tend to do. Leslie Long was a fantastic consultant! She made everything seem effortless!

Excellent customer service! The whole process with this loan company was professional but I felt as if my loan team Todd young and Linda Green cared about me as an individual not just an application. This is very rare in my opinion. I thank them both for helping me make my dream come true and for getting me through a long and trying process with as little stress as possible on the loan side anyway... Highly recommend this company. Todd Young you Rock!

Leslie was absolutely amazing! This was our first time buying a home and I cannot imagine it could of been any easier! Leslie was there every step of the way and was always just a phone call away answering all my questions and concerns. As my wife and I walked out of closing I made the comment that I will forever refer friends and family to Leslie and we will continue to use her for all future purchases!

This company is trash. It's very difficult to get anything done with this company. Expect to spend a minimum of 45 mins on the phone. Half of that will be with their totally worthless automated system. While the employees are professional and courteous, their company as a whole is terrible. this is a large company who could care less about its patrons. If your Mortgage broker sells your mortgage to Caliber Home Loans or is about to, I would highly advise you to not allow them to do so.
