The worst app in the world. It makes no sense that I can never access my account or make a payment without any access issues. It scrolls forever at all times of the day. You can’t be continuously doing software updates. This is an issue! It’s been 3yrs of banking relationship with you. It’s about time you all invest in your app & make it better/more user friendly. If only I wasn’t too lazy to switch my business elsewhere. Who knows maybe I will soon.

Crystal at the Gastonia drive through teller is the most precious, sweet and kind person that deserves to be recognized for her service with a smile always. Myself and my companion just adore her sweet spirit. Give this lady some attention Fort Financial she truly deserves it and more.5 Stars are for Crystal only because your fees are getting ridiculous.

Several times deposited checks held causing my account to go negative and numerous 33.00 fees. New ATM does not accept deposits causing more problems. Unless you have alot of funds they will fee you to death. Worse than a bank.

Save yourself the horror - DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK FOR ANY REASON!!
Unwelcoming, no hospitality whatsoever. Unhelpful, ignorant, and unwilling to do anything more than the bare minimum.
Teller is prejudice against those from out of town. Branch Manager didn't listen and was so rude, then delivered "have a nice day" like it was a slap across the face.
Oh, and I hope you enjoy being treated like a criminal! Metal detector and then a two-door system that requires the teller to buzz you in... or OUT! You'll definitely have to leave your self respect and freedom at the door before trying to do business here.

Have A Fort Financial Credit Union account for over 10 years, moved to South Carolina in 2020 and kept our account at FFCU. Went to put a cashiers check into remote deposit last night and took me that since we only have a basic account, even though we have all most all of our checks direct deposited, we can only put in now 500 dollars with remote deposit!! Have to go now to a shared branch! The closest one is 40 miles away!!! Have had nothing but problems with this credit union in the last year. Will be changing BANKS as soon as possible. Fort Financial has gotten horrible! We are so done with your credit union! Shared bank closes at 4 pm, we didn't make it!! WE have 5 direct deposits with a 6th one starting July 1st. We just a few months ago had a car loan which we paid off at FFCU. We are looking for another vehicle and won't for sure be using you again! Might take a month or 2 because of my social security checks to start getting in another bank but we are DONE for good!

I have been banking with FFCU for over 12 years! If you are looking for a financial institution where you are more than an account or a monthly fee this is it! The staff is consistent and know you by name. I have an option to use 1000s of share branch locations across the country as well! Shoutout to FFCU Gastonia for being amazing and always taking great care of my family’s needs❤️
