NORTH STATE ACCEPTANCE, Gastonia, NC

These people came and took my deceased mothers vehicle 1 day after I called them to make them aware of what was happening. We as a family had agreed to pay off the remaining balance. North State stated they would give us a call back on options to move forward, they never called and only took the vehicle without anybody communicating that they’d came to that decision. There were things In the vehicle that caused issues in funeral planning, this caused us so much more added stress and pain. My mom hadn’t even been buried at the time and they done this, all they care about is money and reselling a vehicle they have not sympathy or care for there customers not to mention they are very rude and unprofessional don’t waste your time with this company !

I paid my car loan off after paying 3 times the value. I had my bank cut a cashier's check they are local. Nor state it seems is trying to scam me 1) First they reported my credit report as account closed and not ""paid in full" 2) Now they say they have my title but,I have to wait I think they said 20 Days? This is ridiculous 20 Days? I have contacted them several times about this and they could care less. Stay Away Stay very far away!!!

Bad communication, they don’t care and they are only for the money and they don’t care about people i would never shop with them again. My car was almost paid off when they repo it and it was only for money we agreed on a date and before that date they came to pick my car up but karma is not nice so thank you north state thank you

i’ve been with them a year now and i’ve always made my payment every month but if i ever was a few days late they were understanding and easy to work with.

I've bought one car with them and about to buy the 2nd just because how Jackie treated me threw the 4 years. Shes stern but as long as you dont lie and keep it straight with her she'll do anything to help. I had personal and family emergencies over that time and had no issues. (North state acceptance realize jackie is a great manger at the gastonia NC branch. So much so, none of my credit scores are below a 740 and I could get a better apr somewhere else I choose to stay as long as jackie is the manger there because of how she treated me.

Only giving 3 stars because Rebecca and Maribel are very nice and really do work with you. DJ whoever he is very rude nasty disrespectful bad attitude. He definitely hates his job and it shows in how he treat people. Called corporate on him they made a note and he can't speak with me ever. I hate the other building closed all those people were nice even the managers. So if you don't have the two people I mentioned on your file I know life must be hard ask for them they are GREAT.
