I went to the PLS in Gastonia. The young lady that helped me was very helpful. She was patient, and took time to make sure I understood what I was doing. I believe her name was LaTrice. Thank you for all your help. She made my visit very pleasant, and she kept a smile on her face. I will definitely do business there again.

Came into the store to cash my check but they were low on cash so was not able to cash my check. I was a little upset about it because it would’ve interfered with my bills. The clerk at the window named Shana literally did everything that she could do to make the best out of the situation and she sure did. I was happy with what she did for me. Thank you so much!!!!

So PLS stands for people locations and services. Thank God I thought the P was for professionalism.
Face piercing and tattoos that are huge or an entire arm band is not professional in my opinion. Please get some more bilingual speaking EMPLOYEES in this location for demographic groups of service for customers are Latinos, if you haven't noticed. One thing for sure the store is always super clean. Might want to clean up the staffing, those that are rude to your patrons.

Had an awesome experience with my transaction, very friendly representative Nidia. I was astonished that the representative is bilingual. she was very courteous and went above and beyond to exceed my expectation of experience will do business again at this location.

From the moment everyone greets you to the minute you leave, your time here is pleasant and informative. These guys work quickly and efficiently at helping you with everything. Special thanks to Alyssa (who is literally always at work lol, she is the sweetest, I’ve never saw her upset even with the rudest of customers), also Ramon, he has a great sense of humor, he is knowledgeable, fast and discreet. I went in today to cash a loan check.she asks me where did I sign the check, I was confused and said I signed it at home,what does it matter. I said that I couldn’t get my check to work on my mobile account she looked at me and said have a good day we’re not cashing your checked and walked away from me. I went to fifth third bank and cashed it with no issues.just the way they treat people in there, like I was some kind of criminal, even the customers next to me started looking at me while this younger lady was telling me that she wouldn’t accept the check. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues cashing an insurance check or other check.save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

They're okay as long as you don't get the Xpectations card... it's a total scam.
Caught a fraudulent purchase on 9/23/23, customer service wouldn't stop it because it's a prepaid card...that I pre paid....makes no sense.But here it is almost December and the fraud department in IRAN still hasn't returned my money.
Oh and the fraudulent purchase was made in Kuwait....hmmmm...
