If you are looking for a family type business that will work with you this is not it!! Financed a truck for my grandson and it was totaled in a accident. They reported the wrong amount to the insurance company so we had to make arrangements for the payments. The loan is payed off 5 years early and my credit has 2 late payments now. It was perfect. Never do business with them again. Grandson closed his account with them also.

Horrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment for a business account and had additional questions before coming in. Someone told me at the branch they would call me back! Never heard anything else from there, also my business partner tried opening an account online and was told by Vincent Moody he needed her ssn & Id and that those items could be emailed, documents were emailed and ONCE AGAIN she never got any correspondence. At this point we will take our business else where since Sharon view code to want or need it!

worst bank ever. they do not help you out a single bit with any questions, everyone is so rude, act like they don’t want to be there, complete bums!! you can’t even call their phone number to go ahold of anyone, you have to go through at least 15 different automated calls. worst decision ever to switch, immediately changing now!

Sharonview gave us a start on our credit journey. Interest rates was lower than we was paying for our vehicle that they refinanced for us. I’m a little irritated now though. I checked the balance on our vehicle last month because I knew it was payoff time. The balance was 181 and some change but they have now taken the entire car payment amount out of my husband’s bank account. Not happy at all about this, we was not prepared for a full payment when the account said otherwise. Will be contacting his bank to stop payment this morning.

I’ve been with Sharonview since I was a teenager. The service in the past two years has drastically declined.
If you want a bank that will wrongfully terminate your bank account, pull money from the wrong accounts, overcharge the agreed upon interest on loans (without your knowledge), pull money from your accounts without telling you, not allow you to deposit money into your own account, and accidentally deposit and withdraw your money to random people, this is the bank for you!
They’ve literally closed the doors in our faces when we have gone up in person trying to rectify these situations and they have an “oh well” attitude when they mistakenly mess up your bank account.
My account was just wrongfully closed for the (I forgot what number we’re on now) time so I took the opportunity to find a new bank.
If you care for your finances at all, do yourself a favor... take your money anywhere but here.

This review probably won’t matter, but I would not use this place ever again I have two loans through these people. Never miss the payment never been late I make good money I have seven or eight credit cards that have low balance, and they denied me a small loan to consolidate, all my payments and I mean a small loan because I am a couple points over Their debt to income ratio. This is a joke of a place no loyalty here. No appreciation everything you hear on their phone call while you’re waiting is a lie. Also, if you don’t get the loan, don’t expect the agent to call you back because they make nothing off of my agent never called me back or returned my email. I had to call from a different number to get her on the phone just to hear the stupid reason why I can’t get along. I will be pulling all of my loans from this place and find me somewhere else to put them in, you could go to this place if you want to, but you need to read the Google reviews before you do

Me and my wife have been members of the Sharon view federal credit union for atleast nine years, I enjoy coming to this bank, not like the others. There’s one lady in particular., that I enjoy working with this Bank person in particular I think her name is pronounced Sharmee Barber, I don’t really trust banks, but I trust this woman she’s always been straight with me. She Hass to be the most wonderful person I’ve met in the banking industry, Bank of America, truest Wells Fargo to say the least.. my family appreciate her. I bought my son I need to open up account yesterday and it was seamless.. please let her know that my family appreciates her and I’m pretty sure there are many others.

Worst Sharonview location I have been to yet. Had a problem with my debit card while out of the country. Came to this location to get a replacement card. Even called ahead of time to make sure their printer was working. Last time I needed one, I drove half an hour to get here and it wasn't, so I had to drive all the way to the University branch to get it. Well, the guy behind the counter was from another branch and just "filling in" while the other employee was at lunch and had no access to the debit card machine. The other employee just stood there and watched and didn't say a word. No idea who he was, but he was just standing around doing nothing. Now I have to wait here until the other employee decides to come back from lunch and MAYBE I will get the card printed, maybe not. Sharonview has gone downhill so far in the past few years. I've been with them 31 years and I'm looking for another bank or credit union to replace them. They are definitely not interested in keeping customers.
