Many aspects of dealing with this company are fine. You know what you are getting into (a VERY high interest rate personal loan that is secured by your personal belongings). But there are some things that are concerning. Many of their staff are uneducated about their company and how to receive help and support when needed. Their website is down fairly often, at least the payment portal, and when you ask technical questions and how to get support, they claim they don't have a clue. They often call relentlessly BEFORE your payment is due. I've literally paid late just because they called amd text asking when I would make a payment, 5-6 days before the payment is due. Other than that...I can't say anything bad and if you need money fast, they are a great option.
