I use first horizon for my buisness account. 1.5 yes ago I ask them for help with a car loan for the buisness at which time my account only had approx 10000 in it and I had no credit history. They would not help me and told me to build some credit and come back in 6 months so I found a car lot to finance me with high interest. Now 1.5 yes later I went and ask for a loan for a boat. I now have a credit score of 660 with no negative marks, no late payment. I have also been banking with them for 4 years and have a fairly substantial amount of money in my buisness account. They again told me no, that I needed a minimum of 700 credit score no matter how long I had been banking with them or the amount of money in my account. As I was leaving tho they did let me know if there was anything they could help me with to let them know. I just think if you trust a bank with your money and you have a relationship you should be able to go to them for your financing needs, they obviously don't agree.
