F&M Bank Granite Quarry - North Salisbury Ave. Branch, Granite Quarry, NC

I have used this bank for over 35 years. This review is not to make the bank look bad. It's to let everyone know how this bank works so you don't find out the hard way like I did. I paid with a check to place a one time add for one year only on the menu of smoke pit in Salisbury. Back in 2018 four years later the menu company took my account number of that check and over the computer robbed 6,000 dollars from my account. When I figured out what happened I notified the bank no one could tell me how or were my money went. I was told its not there problem it was my problem. So lesson learned I no longer bank there. So at my new bank I close my account down twice a year and start a new one so I can stay ahead of the criminal out there. I was told by this bank that anything comes over the computer the take at face value that it not a skamm.

This bank beats all the rest. Personal service where they really do know your name. A caring and helpful staff that goes far beyond expectations. This bank is an example of what a real community partner is. If the larger businesses and institutions gave like this bank does our community would want got nothing. Thanks F&M! You are one of our greatest assets.
