The process was quick, simple and to the point. I called in and was able to speak with someone by phone. She emailed me a link and I was able to upload the required information. Next day I went into the office and was able to sign paper work. Was in and out in 30minutes or less. Thanks OneMain

This was the most amazing experience. The staff at OneMain Financial was so friendly and helpful. This was especially unexpected because it was at the end of the workday when we walked in. I didn't have a full payment due for September because I usually pay more each month but when I called them to tell them I was going to be late on my payment No one told me that. They did however try and get me to borrow more money at there Enormous finance rates. So when I called into pay they tell me how much the payment is. Well I could have paid that and on time. DIRTY people that work there.

Been a customer for years opening account first back in NJ and service was spectacular and moved to NC my account was assigned here and one late payment not even 30 days late and the amount of harrasing calls and being reported to debt collecting agency not even in 30 days late its ridiculous. Late payments can happen, life happens. I usually make my payments and keep on giving yall business but I got to say the harrasing calls and voicemail is ridiculous. Not even a debt collections agency is as intense as you. Not recommending you to anyone. Total dissatisfaction
