Sooo , I looked up local loan companies in my area and capital loan company company was on of the first to pop up , I did the online application and the next day someone called while I was at work , I was impressed how prompt they were even though we did not speak that same day ! Fast forward to this morning I received a call from a woman from the company, she asked did I have time to go over the application , I agreed yes. The very first question she ask was about my previous address, I explain that I relocated here in October 2020 and this year will make 2 years that I have been a resident of NC. The woman stops me med sentence and says, sorrrry in order for us to consider you for a loan you would have to be a resident of Nc for at least five years!! Iam sooo confussed? I’ve never heard of such a thing, and felt as if she was just rushing me off the phone! I looked up other similar companies and even called a few and they never heard of such a practice eaither!

I had a car and personal loan here. Lovely people. Yes they will call you if your late but if you just tell them what's going on they will work with you! Really nice people to work with too. I would recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars, I would . I went in this morning (01/22/19) to apply for a personal loan. The loan officer handling my case was VERY rude and disrespectful. While trying to explain my situation to her, she continuously talked over me which made her make a mistake on my paperwork. I wish I could remember her name for the sake of this review. She was a disgusting person. For this to be a "Christian" company, I should have received a lot more respect than I did. I'm just glad that God is not like man.

I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years. I recently went on vacation to see my old man family while he was deployed I called and told them that I would be a little bit late on my payment and they called and and harassed me all month also sending out a letter saying they wanted to take my car over one late payment. I paid $10,000 on a $6,500 loan they are so greedy. I would never recommend them to nobody

Got my first loan in 2005 and still doing loans with them so I've lost count . Raising kids , single mom (you know the story) they have always been there for our family . For anyone saying that they don't work with you then apparently you didn't pick up the phone and communicate with them they do help when you get in a bind .I have referred many people to them and have never had anyone say they had a bad experience on that advice .

The best company ever I've been with them for years and Karen is my go to everyone is so friendly and nice go check out the capital credit crew u wont be disappointed
