I got a car from a terrible dealer who sold me a lemon and I ended up meeting Robert because they financed the car. He helped me every step of the way he promised to get me back on the road and he did. Not only did he get me back on the road he went above and beyond to provide me with the resources to help me get my money back from that terrible dealer. They made me feel like family as soon as I walked in the door. They turned that nightmare of an experience with that terrible dealer in to a satisfying experience and I really appreciate Mr Robert for that.

I deal with EFS on A daily bases, the deal is you pay your bill on the car you choose to buy and all will be good

We were promised our car would be fixed without a problem. Now we’re stuck paying $3,000 after we found out they haven’t paid the shop that had it. We were also told that we had to pay our missed payment to get it back but we’re now stuck and at a loss of $800. This place is complete lies and, for the love of God, I would not recommend!!

Robert has been an absolute blessing to me and my family. Any issues he was there with open arms to help us...no questions asked. Highly recommend working with this company. They go out of the way for the customer and that's a quality you don't find often enough.

My experience with this was absolutely horrible from the beginning. The salesman Robert Jackson will text but not answer my calls even went as far as blocking me as I was trying to get a vehicle from him. Then he told me nothing was wrong with the car but a week later all these problems starting popping up so I tried getting up with Robert and he would only reach me through text and claimed he would help me get the car fix and now he won’t. I decided to show up the Greenville location and was told I was “a nightmare” because all I wanted was answers about the vehicle I was sold and told was perfectly fine. I also texted Robert about my car and was told to stop texting him. I found this absolutely unprofessional and not something that should of happened with a place of business.

My credit is not so good because of my old car. I kept putting money into having my car fixed and could not afford to make the monthly payment. Either I pay the monthly payment and let the car break down or have it fixed and not make the payment. I was living from paycheck to paycheck and still am but I'm doing a little better than before. So my car motor caught fire and my credit score is in the low 4's and EFS stepped in and helped out I'm so grateful. Their attitude was wonderful and very polite. I am going to enjoy working with them. Thank you EFS

Without Eastern Financial Services I would have been lost Mr. Robert took a chance on me and I swore I would never let him down! This is hands down the best company around and I’m very thankful for each person there! I would definitely be using them with all needs from here on out! 10/10
