I enjoyed dealing with Mid East. Ruby is very firm when it comes down to making a car payment. I never had any trouble with them I enjoyed Mia who is no longer with them Ms. Diane is very sweet. Amanda was a great lady(RIP). Please keep in mind Ms. Ruby understand people situation but if you do not have the courtesy to call any company when you are having problem how can they help you. I will let Mid East finance me another car at any given point. As a matter of fact I’m going to get them to finance me a GMC. This lady has finance cars for years and I have sent lots of people to her.

These are hard working people. These bad reviews are from people who did not pay their bills. If they paid their bills on time they would not here from Ms Ruby. They expect her to finance them a car and they pay when they want. If you don't pay your light bill your lights get cut off. Same thing goes for your car payment, if you don't pay they take the car back. Mid East and Ms. Ruby has always helped me and I never hear from them unless I am late with a payment.

Ruby is a ruthless and cruel individual. I have had car loans in the past and due to circumstance have been late on payments and they did not threaten or take my vehicle. I was half a payment late for the FIRST time and they repossessed my car. Then Ruby told me to get it back I would have to pay the entire loan off at one time. I said she was crazy and she proceeded to cuss me out and hang up on me. This lady sleeps with 5 cell phones under her pillow (her words). I think she thrives on repos. She has no conscience. Please find another loan company unless you are absolutely 100% sure you will be paying all payments on time.

Come on people let’s be honest the only way your going to have a problem is if you don’t pay your payments on time. If you do have a problem instead of ignoring them if you would just pick up the phone and tell them what’s going on 9 times out of 10 they will work with you within reason but you have to communicate with them. Amanda is the nicest person I have ever worked with I was truly upset when I paid off my truck that I wasn’t going to be talking to her anymore. Mrs Ruby is a nice lady well always nice to me. You have to understand that a good portion of the people they deal with do not have a good track record with paying their bills hence going to a buy here pay here. I don’t blame them one bit for taking cars back or getting upset when they have to call your Grandmother to track you down because your not answering their calls. If you plan on making your payments on time this is a great company if your not than stay away because they WILL come for THEIR property YES IT IS THEIR PROPERTY UNTIL YOU PAY IT OFF THAN ITS YOURS!!! "DO NOT" finance "ANYTHING" whatsoever with these people!!! They will drive you crazy if your one day late! You will never pay them off! The owner/manager (RUBY) can't get no more hateful & mean than what she already is! They will hang up the phone on you or keep you on hold for 20 plus minutes at a time. Take my advice....go to another finance company or credit union! Run as fast as you can from Mid East Acceptance 3015 S Memorial Dr. Greenville N.C. Oh....did I mention don't ever be a day late with your vehicle insurance. She will threaten your life if you don't pay that insurance within a hour of her calling you! I told her she wasn't my mother....she wasn't gonna talk to me any kind of way!!! I'm a grown woman just as her!!!!

We have dealt with Ruby & Shane for years. Never had a problem with them. Was always nice to us.

I have been dealing with Ruby close to 20 years or so! She has a heart of gold and will help you anyway she can she just expects you to pay her just like the next person. I have always paid on time or out early and she will help me with anything I need or want. I enjoy just talking with her from time to time when I go in!
