Mariner Finance, Henderson, NC

I will be not using this company ever again! I had the worst experience when it came To processing my loan application. I would not recommend Jenny as she was snarky/condescending to me . Also when it came to the loan paperwork the office was putting information that’s inaccurate then when asked about it they come up with “it’s the company policy”. This is not my first time getting any kind of loan. When I originally got the loan everything was processed online and it took a few days for me to get a decision hence an actual person was reviewing my documents. I was approved for the initial loan and then started receiving offers from Mariner Finance in regards to additional funding . I processed another application a few months later to see if I could get more funding SINCE Mariner Finance was sending me offers. I use the same paperwork as last time and this time I had a problem . Jenny was asking questions and being snarky during the whole application process. Which is why I believe the funding amount I was offered was lower because she had done something. I have a good credit score and no missed payments ! When I apply for loans I’m usually approved within the same day . However, with Mariner Finance they was trying to play with my top! After I was approved for additional funding they then had the nerve to ask what I’ll be putting up as collateral???? NEVER , NEVER have I ever had a personal loan AND was ask this information . I have a personal loan with the credit Union and got way more Money from them and NEVER had to put anything up as collateral! I’ll be just sticking to my Credit Unions. After I pay off this loan as I will not be using them again nor recommending anyone to use them. They are bad just like OMF!

I love the fact that Mariner gave me a chance to obtain a loan!!!! So grateful with my credit score not being high they still have me a small loan… and Angela at the Henderson location made me feel loved!!!!!!❤️

The staff here was amazing A. Tapper has been very polite , professional and courteous with our over the phone conversations. She also expressed the same one I came into office. The process was very simple and I was well informed before making a commitment. I strongly suggest Mariner Finance to anyone.

Had to wait a week before I could get an appointment. Once there it took almost 2hrs to.process application that I had completed online. The staff was very polite the environment was pleasant
