Incredibly easy wonderful experience

Today i went online to pay off my account. Guess they thought they would beat me and not let me per their rules.OOPS!!!!Not good idea with me i look at this ungraciously. So being as i owed very little i put in pay off it said no. So i put in smaller amout it took it. I decided you aint getting best of me i came with a goal that was pay off. So put in another payment had to cut it lower. It took. I decided you aint getting best of me. SO THIRD TIME IT TOOK THAT SMALL AMOUNT. SO LEFT FEW CENTS THERE ABOUT. I DECIDED. YOU STILL AREN'T WINNING SO I CALLED AFTER THE THREE VERIFICATIONS. Told MARY ANN what the problem was she says wait a minute. She came vack after two minutes said yes uour pay off few cents. I told her i want to pay off. She said come in. I said no. So she was told i will tape that to a paper put in envelope and mail. She said holdnon. She put hannah on i told her problem. She said unfortunately you can not post office will not send. I told her i guarantee they will. So i taped it to paper. I put FIVE stamps on it and my regular post lady put it in mail out container. I took pictures to prove as proof. Bottomline believe this was uncalled for also unprofessional and i was paying off in advance and this ex customer is very highly upset with said treatment. SORRY TO BE ABRUPT BUT I AM TIRED OF BEING SICK AND TIRED OF SENIOR CITIZENS BEING TREATED LIKE WE DO NOT MATTER!!!!!!!
