United Federal Credit Union - Hendersonville South, Hendersonville, NC

Love this new branch! It is open and inviting, with proper COVID precautions in place. The employees wear masks and hand sanitizer is readily available if you choose to conduct your business inside. The branch manager Todd Sharpe is pleasant enough but does not seem too well informed on some of the credit union policies regarding certain types of loans. We discussed a loan with him and were anticipating getting the loan, but three days later Todd called us and let us know the credit union does not make those type of loans anymore. This almost put us in a bind, so we actually went to another bank to get the loan we needed. Wish Todd would have told us this information up front. This is why I gave this branch only 4 stars. The other employees are so helpful and friendly and make it easy to do what you need either at the drive thru or inside the branch.

Love this credit union ever since switching from another one who got too big to know who you are. "United Federal Staff are the best and know who you are, give the best service, and are super friendly and knowledgeable. Their account benefits are the best. I would recommend them to everyone.

Very bright, nice, clean and spacious. Staff is remarkably polite and welcoming. Good checking and savings accounts available. The only negative is administrative confusion on names and credit cards. They need to amend their procedures to be certain how the depositors wish their names to appear.

Change banks to this one!! I don’t know why I didn’t change sooner but what a world of difference to work with everyone at United on Greenville Highway in Hendersonville. They are so good at what they do, so attentive, and things are so much easier here. Can’t recommend them highly enough!!
