I want to give massive Kudos to George over here at Peoples Home Equity, who quite literally saved my purchase. I searched for months for a reliable lender and before I switched to Peoples Home Equity I was with another local lender and long story short, due to a faulty appraisal that deal fell through. Less than 24 hours from receiving the email declining our challenge of the appraisal, George was able to schedule a new appraisal, send me to underwriting for initial pre-approval, and move our closing date. He was able to give me a competitive rate that was lower than my original lender offered. His team is absolutely astonishing and communicative. I'm super grateful for all of their hard work and dedication to me and my new home. If you're in the market at least give them a call and see what they can offer, the experience was amazing and I would 100% recommend them.
