Mikayla Mitchell is an amazing customer service rep! She is always willing to help when I call. She is polite and very professional!! Also Chelsea is amazing too!! I just have the best experience with Unifour and these two ladies!! They both understand things happen and will work with you as long as you do what you say!! Just amazing. Late on my car payment this week. Very friendly staff, and great customer service each time I’ve called. Although Michelle from customer service today called me ‘mam’ on purpose on our call knowing I am a man and she spoke too fast, it was kind of difficult to pertain all the information she was giving in the moment. Otherwise 10/10 recommend.
