I had a very nice conversation at lunchtime with an associate, and he said he would call me back with an answer about a loan. I waited all afternoon, then finally decided to call him. He had left for the afternoon and didn't even call me to let me know if my loan was approved or not. Not very professional. :(

They will not answer the telephone when you call.
