I layed away a shotgun and did the background check. Then five days later tyres to pick it up I learned Patrick did not put my background in the system. So I cancelled the sale for his stupidness. They have no training on how to process gun sales and corparation is not enforcing it.Everytime I try to pick my gun up after pawning there's always a problem called lack of training.This happened in the high point cash America stay away from there.

Came here to borrow money for a gun and have come back the very next day to buy it back and now the system isn't properly working. The staff made no attempt in informing me that I may have to wait a few days for my Information to be processed. Now this is causing an issue in my purchase. All in all , they should give a full disclaimer on any websites concerning them, if it's possible that it causes issues. They suck.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I have purchased several items over the last three years and have made good buys. Manager is always friendly and accessable. Would highly recommend their services.

Best shop around! They have the fairest loan amount and great prices on purchases. Patrick, Clancey, Christine, and the rest of the staff are super friendly, welcoming, and will work with you personally on your transactions. highly recommend!

Terrible place. Rude manager, almost knocked his lights out. Offered me 50 dollars on a 500 dollar tool set and then got upset when I told him I'd take my business elsewhere. Definitely won't be going back.

If I could give this place a -1 I would because not only is the service bad the employees are worse. If there’s any other pawn shop closer to you don’t go to this one!
