Mariner Finance of High Point, NC is one of the greatest lenders in America! I've had the pleasant opportunity in dealing with them twice. My first opportunity was so smooth and transparent, whereas my husband and I were confident in using them again. They are very professional, understanding of your needs, and works hard, quickly, and thoroughly to get you through the process. We called them on a Tuesday and closed the same day. This place is the worst place to borrow money. If you have any other option, I would suggest using it. I had paid off a loan a year ago and had to go in person to take care of it. The reason I had to go in person is because for two months, they would not call me back. So today I noticed that my credit score had dropped and it is because they are now a full year later showing that I'm past due. This is after a month ago I got a rude phone call saying that I have a balance due. I told the lady that I had paid off that loan and should not owe anything. She put me on hold to speak to the manager. Then she told me they would clear it up. Now today I see they posted a late payment on my credit report. This place is a joke and should not have a business license. First review ever.
