New South Finance, High Point, NC

I purchased a car from (BALLPARK AUTO) in Thomasville NC. They financed the car through New South Financial in High Point NC. I went this route trying to improve my credit. Two weeks after my purchase my air & heat stopped working. I called ballpark spoke with the owner and he told me to buy some super seal to seal up the leak. That didn't sound right to me so I took it to AAA auto and they found the problem. I called back and made the owner aware of what was going on. Before I purchased the car he assured me I could bring it back there for repairs. That was definitely not the case. Anyway! I called and spoke with the older man and he had attitude for no reason. So nothing was resolved. So I pretty much rode around without air and heat for a few years, but continue to pay the car note. I really didn't want a repo on my credit. But things just kept getting worse. I had to replace the wheel bearings, brakes(normal), engine light came on, auto crank stop working, defrost stop working, car started making a ticking noise and the paint staring coming off from when the car was in a wreck and the cheaping fixed it. The car continue to have major problems I kept paying for. I spoke to the financial company numerous times about it. Asking for advice on what I should do. No help from them either. I finally had to take the car to South Financial and give it back. I wished I would've have done it sooner. I also mailed the original key to New South something I didn't have to do. I also wish I could've removed the tint I paid for on that car. To my knowledge this was not a wrecked car per Ballpark. But after the problems and research apparently it was. The workers at ballpark told numerous lies for the sell. Leaving the customer with problems to fix due to a repo. Honesty is the best policy in any company. This was the WORST car buying experience I've ever had. I would definitely not suggest BALLPARK. They definitely not a reliable company if your trying to repair your credit. Great customer service until you have a problem and they will act like they don't know you. Bad Business (NEVER AGAIN)

Make my payment auto debited from my checking ,then email confirmation my payment was received. Great place for honest people who pay their bills. Paid loan off , now on my second auto loan with new south finance would suggest them if you want a good company that will work with you for the loan you need..

Rude, dishonest, please bypass this place. Vann York Auto finance will tell you Gap is required. Even though it is not. They will add it when you return to do paperwork. You have 30 days to remove it. So don't forget that. I agree with other reviewer they like to reprocess your car & report you negatively to credit bureau. Please shop around. Refinance your car after 1 or 2 years of making payments on time. Then go to a credit union. So you can get a cheaper car payment & better interest rate.

They are one of the better finance companies. I have had 2 car through them and they work with you. If you late on your payment they will call but if you tell them when you will be able to pay it you will be fine.

They took car back then would not allow my family to get their belongings out. They were rude, and very cold. Bypass this unprofessional company that breaks the rules & lie about it. Also paid well for months and needed help they would not work with me. All they wanted was the money & were quick to lie to credit bureau too.
