The employees were very friendly and helped me get a new card easily in less than 10 minutes

My experience with Coastal Federal in Holly springs has so far been nothing but disappointing. I went into the branch to talk to the person at the front desk and ask her if she could help me. I am applying for a loan and the loan company wanted to speak to someone there on a 3 way call with me just to confirm that I am the owner of the account. She flat out said that she won't do that. I assured her that it would only take a couple minutes and she said sorry, we've never done that before.

I regret ever opening an account with this bank. It's really been one thing after another that has been so frustrating. I have a business account as well as a personal account and an auto loan with them and still they treat you like a second class citizen. I would not recommend.

I opened an account here last week & am super disappointed. The lady who opened my account was non engaging, she put the wrong phone number on my account & put my name wrong on the card. The app is super antiquated. When I call customer service, it doesn’t matter what option I press it never leaves the recording! I mean the worst. I regret opening an account here & will soon be closing it. This review got one star because it was required to submit review.

I own a business and do ALL my banking with Wells, personal and business and do close to a million through their credit card machine. I was looking to either get a loan or a personal line of credit and for some reason I couldn't get either through Wells so I was really surprised. My credit score was 790 and showed good income previous tax return. SO I looked for another bank with good rates and opened a personal line of credit here very fast, never banked with them before, didn't have a single account with them and I got approved and a great rate. Banker was knowledgeable and answered all my questions

If I could give them more stars I would. Amazing bank that is always willing to answer questions. I love how this bank is able to make a new card for you when they shut off your account from unauthorized purchase. Very friendly front desk and bankers are super helpful as well.

I have never, ever encountered such blatant unprofessionalism as I have at this bank. These folks have made SO MANY ERRORS on our car loan, that it's laughable at this point. The ability to add and subtract should be a requirement to work here, yet apparently it's not! DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT get an account with this credit union. I pay my car payment through this credit union and they have been giving me hell. I’ve spoke to about 6 different employees from Charles, to Mary, to Hazel, and I’ve gotten the run around about my issue. Even when I paid of my cars balance they would not get my a clear answer about my car and if I was in the clear. This credit union is very unorganized and they barely want to work with their clients. Please save yourself the pain.
