Emily was awesome helped me in any way she could and came through for me i love this place

First off Kelly was outstanding, very professional, very nice and easy to work with. As for her manager, she has no common sense, her job is to check the incomes of the potential clients and not wait until the customer is on her way to sign the paperwork after already being told they were approved to do this and then deny the loan. I also believe she got my income wrong. That is SO NOT A WAY to run a business. I am very very unhappy!!!!

I’ve been doing business with this office for years. My first loan was back when they were Springleaf. I’ve refinanced a couple of times as well. I’ve always been treated respectfully and been given honest advice. Their interest rate on personal loans is somewhat high but I’ve had credit issues from the past. Overall not a bad place to do business with.

One Main Financial, is very courteous and caring about the needs of their customers. My representative explained everything in detail and once I was approved they notified me, so I could have my Heat Pump replaced and installed. I would like to thank my representative for taking special care on my loan. I would recommend One Main Financial to anyone looking for a financial company that put the needs of the customers above their own.

This business as a whole is very misleading. You complete an application online that informs you instantly that you are approved of a loan. A representative (JoAnne)contacts you congratulates you for your approval, however, informs you that after further review, you will need to submit various documentation for an "actual" approval. Upon reviewing all the information you submit, she then has another team member (Heather) tell you that upon further review, YOU ARE NOT APPROVED! BTW...She was unable to professionally explain why an approval was not granted! This was a complete waste of my time. It took everything out of me to just consider completing an application for a loan online. This place needs to improve their wording online, train their staff, and stop misleading customers! Run far away from this place. PLEASE LOOK AT THEIR CURRENT RATING!!
