This Financing company is the worst ever!!!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could!! The are rude and seriously the worst !!! Me and my husband have been with this janky company for about a year and a half now, I changed the car insurance to a new company and they came and repo our car after 10 days of the change and the car was INSURED!!!! Had insurance and everything called them up and they were rude, not helpful at all. Ended up having to pay repo fees , towing fees and the towing company they used damaged my rims and tires!!!!

Zero stars, if I could. They give you no time, if you’ve fallen behind for a week. Took my car after being late for 8 days. Things happen and they have no consideration at all. I know companies that give you time and are more understanding, especially only being late 8 days..BUT this company is ready to sell your car so quickly, it’s a money play for them.

The worst company ever. Rude people, repoed my car when it was insured and my payment wasn’t due till the next month.

From personal experience I have had no issues with this company. The bi weekly payments suck but if you’re in a situation where you’re trying to improve your credit but can’t get approved for a decent vehicle then this company will work with you. They also look out when they can if possible. Work slow down because of Covid for a few months and they allowed me to make my payments late the entire time. Just be sure to let them know ahead of time because like any other business they have their rules and regulations. But overall a fair company for the people that are trying to improve their credit and have a decent vehicle.

Never had a bad experience with this company. My contract was sold to them and as long as I made my payment It was good business. . On time and I got my mfkn title. I don't care to grade paying bills.

Absolutely NO sTARS!! WARNING!!! Let this place be your absolute absolute last resort. They are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I am a very polite , well spoken and have manners. No matter how polite you are to them they speak to you with rudeness. And they will absolutely not work with you if you ever fall behind. I was behind 2 payments I called to get make one of the payments. It was a Monday. I explain I would have the other payment that Friday. They would not take my money they said they needed it in full. One payment was only 9 days late. I owed 475 I was trying to pay 265 they refused it. That same week on a Wednesday they took my car. I was upset but I’m actually glad to be out of contract with these people. I’ve spoken with a lawyer, they went through my contract and found a lot of “mistakes “ on credit financials end. So if you ever worked with them have your lawyer look over the contract because they may have a lawsuit coming there way. Especially from the amount of complaints they have and the amount of people that have come forward. They are crooks. And they deserve everything negative that comes their way.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been with this company for over a year now, I have always made my payments the same way, and have always communicated effectively with the company if I would need to make it within my next pay period or not. Have not ever been 30 days late or anything of the sort, just a biweekly payment if that’s the way my check falls: They are always very rude negative nasty and don’t care to speak to you if you aren’t making a payment. Manager Denise will hang up on you, speak to you nasty, demand money even if you are just a few days short. This company doesn’t care about its customers, it has no customer respect or care to retain its customers at all. I wish they would be more understanding courteous and even respectful to each client they have. Instead money drives their interest and not gaining or maintaining any of the relationships they currently have.I do understand you can not ride for free, and I will never ask such if anything. However if something happens in life, or you get paid later than the contract is scheduled due, couldn’t that be of understanding versus being mean and negative to someone who pays for what they own?

I have NEVER had a finance group that calls non-stop and pushes repossessions on you when you just owe one payment as well as telling you how you need to do your car insurance as well. Even under medical situations they don’t care and still are rude even when you try to talk and cut you off. I wouldn’t recommend these people to a ghost if I saw one. This place needs to be investigated in how do they do business and right up their contracts for clients.
