I've had some issues in the past over the years, but every time I did the people at the Indian Trail branch came through and were able to help. It isn't the 5/3 Bank brand that I like about banking here, it's the people at my local branch. I appreciate them.

I’ve been banking with 5/3 for about 2 years. When I lived in Concord, NC I never experienced any of the problems that I experience with this branch in particular.
First of all, I deposit cash quite frequently, and not always during business hours, so I need a functioning ATM. This ATM is “temporarily out of service” AT LEAST 50% of the time. That’s simply unacceptable. Especially with no other branches close by. Please work on this, because the next time I see that screen I’m leaving your bank.
Secondly, the staff here is not very pleasant. I give my money to you and you make a living based on people like me trusting you with our money, be nice, smile, and engage in small pleasant conversation. It’s really not that hard. I understand people can be difficult, but that’s how you make your living.
You’re very close to losing a customer, and one of the easiest customers you could possibly deal with. Get it together please, these problems can very easily be solved with attention to detail, and a little pleasantness.

Set up an account online. Needed to add spouse. Called, no answer with direction to go to website for assistance. Followed through and went to website to set up phone appointment using their appointment system. Had confirmation email with date/time for call back. CSR never called back that day... or the next day... or the next. Happy to classify my money as hot money.

Don't know what is going on with this branch.but the last two times i was there they had only 1 teller doing anything. The other person stood beside her watching and doing nothing.They used to have at least 4or5 people in there. I am switching to BB&T soon. member since 2005

Went here on a monday and it was an absolute disaster. There is a blonde girl working the counter that lied several times to me. She said we didnt have an account, then lied to my wife about what she just told me. Gave me attitude, refused to look up simple things, and let other customers who came after me go before me. Waited over 15 minutes to talk to a banker and still nobody available. Terrible waste of time.

I went in to make an international wire transfer on a Friday before leaving town for a week. After nearly over 1 hour, they "thought" they had it figured out. The guy that first helped didn't really know what he was doing and made it seem like he did. He finally got another lady to help and then sat in the corner on his cell phone while she tried to help.....it was so unprofessional.
After the hour and things were done, I left for my trip, only to be called and told that the wire didn't actually go through and asked if I could come back in..it's frustrating to wait that long and it not go through. I ended up going to a different branch and was in and out in 20 minutes for the same process.

Used them for yrs. Recently found out the hard way that they do not offer fraud protection for their checking accounts. Definitely "one of those" regional banks. Pulled my assets out immediately. AVOID!!!

After nearly 14 years as a customer here I am writing a review. I don’t have a lot to say other than the fact that the tellers at this branch moves at 2 speeds. Slow and stop. How does it take 10 minutes to make a check deposit at the drive thru? Unbelievable.
