I love working with this company! Jillian is absolutely amazing! She worked with me while my husband was sick so I wouldn’t get behind even more than I already was! She helped me make a plan where I was caught up and didn’t make me worry about losing my car on top of my husband being so sick and in the icu. They are so family friendly! I will definitely be doing business with them in the future!

We have a car financed through 3b. We had awful credit due to a hardship and they worked with us and got us into a reliable car. Since my husband had to switch jobs and they have been wonderful. They worked with us when we were late, as long as we kept them in the loop. Dapne has been wonderful and all the staff. We are so impressed with their empathy and compassion. Thank you 3b! I wish I could give them zero. I would highly recommend not financing with them even if I hated you! They are very deceiving and will talk fast to get you to sign. If you have any kind of problem financially they do not offer deferments and will not attempt to help you get to ownership. One of the cashiers named Daphne is the most disrespectful rude person I have ever dealt with in a collections business. She likes to make up her own collection laws and rules and does not like getting called out on it. Daphne will run any card you have ever used to call in a payment with then she will try to charge you non sufficient funds fees. On top of that she is too lazy to make a courtesy call to let you know that she tried to run those payments and they did not go through. She did this for 3 payments(weekly) with an unauthorized card and is refusing to remove this fees. I went into her office to try and discuss working something out because I did not realize that I was three payments behind due to her lack of a phone call. She gave me no other option than to come up with the money or she would cut my car off. When I told her I wanted the copies of the paperwork that I signed for that contract she told me no she can give me print outs(no signatures) When I refuse to leave she threatened to call the cops on me. Not once did I become aggressive or angry with her, It seem like she was more angry because she was unfamiliar with certain collection laws. I then had to borrow money from somebody and go back in and make a payment just to get the signed copies of my contract. After I made my payment she then made me sit out in the parking lot for over an hour for her to go and get those contracts. I had left work early to resolve this matter And I was there the day before but she had left early. While my time was being wasted the other cashier Jillian was outside on a personal call. I asked daphne if their was anyone else I could discuss my account with and she refused to get anyone else. I have never been treated so poorly in my life! I think Daphne forgets that she would be out of a job if it wasn’t for us Customer is making our payments. The accounts department at 3b really needs a makeover with employees that actually want to help the customer get to ownership. Not 2 rude ladies who like to sit on a pedestal and look/talk down to people in tough situations. I cannot wait to get this paid off! I will never do business or recommend anybody to 3b Financial until they change those horrible employees and actually try to help customers...Not be scummy loan sharks preying on people in tough situations! I will be contacting a lawyer after I contact the better business bureau. Daphne needs to find a job not dealing with people!

AC went out right before summer on a vehicle they sold me at one of the dealerships they own only after a few months after I bought it. Their warranty does not cover AC. per public record all of these entities 3b included are owned by The Mills Group/family.
