My wife and I have had our account with navy Federal for years until today has changed that. So my military retirement pay came yesterday. Well without out our knowledge navy Federal took all my retirement money we use for not only rent but a couple bills and took it all to use it on a debt we have been already making payments on. Their excuse was that we haven't made any payments since last year which is a bunch of bull. And when my wife called and talked to a very rude woman that woman supposedly the manager told my wife that my wife was lying and that the manager would do it again. The customer does not matter to this organization. All they care about is their money not the customer. Stay away from them it's not like it use to be. And they say in their commercials we care about the military and our members again what bull

I had came to this branch to get an auto loan check but caravana was being super difficult to work with. (Ended up not getting the car with caravana) however, Vernita spent probably 2 hour or more making sure I was taken care of. She was so nice and was determined to help me that day. Her patience and kindness was amazing and I couldn’t let it go unnoticed.

I hate to be that person but my experience today was quite different compared to what I am used to. The teller Shante’ was verbally & visibly annoyed by me simply asking for the manager (in a normal, soft tone). I know in these modern times customer service is not of priority for some but I do expect kindness at the very least & not such a casual/laxed environment & tone in a bank setting. Thankfully, the Manager was able to resolve my issue.

Great credit union. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They have several security precautions in place. Make sure to notify them if you are going out of state or out of the country. A hold was placed on my credit card when I made a couple of purchases while driving cross country but the security department called me and we got it tuned back on without any delays.

Out of all the credit unions this one seems to be the most reliable and at least their customer service is open 24 hours a day every day whereas you the customer put last at marine federal. So if you're gonna pick marine federal or navy federal go with navy federal because they will at least prioritize you I have a bank account at both of them and I really wish I could just close out and transfer all the money from my marine federal to navy fed. And if marine federal is reading this I would really appreciate it though change banks you make it very Difficult to handle any type of finances through your company.

ATM has been down every time I’ve tried to withdraw cash. Super inconvenient.
Edit: Doesn’t matter which atm I go to it always says transaction failed when I’m trying to do a simple withdrawal.
