This is an awesome bank to use!! We worked with two different people during our process to buy land and get a construction loan. They were both easy to work with and very knowledgeable and helpful. I recently had the pleasure of setting up a loan with Nick McGlamery through Carolina Farm Credit. The entire process from pre approval to closing was as streamlined as any real estate deal I have closed with any other company. After closing there was a mistake with my loan. I reached out to Nick, and within a day the problem was addressed and rectified. After that I received a hand written apology in the mail and a small gift for my troubles. Although the gift was absolutely not needed, I was already happy with their quick response, it was a symbol of the type of company they are.
