My family has done business with "The Ladies Pawn Shop" (as they're affectionately known in Kannapolis) for almost 10 years now. They're professional, friendly, helpful, honest, and fair. I haven't needed to do business with them recently, but when I do, I know exactly what to expect...top notch customer service that feels like you're dealing with a friend.

Bought a used stick vacuum from Jewelry & Loan. Was a little anxious, but it is great! A real bargain, in pristine condition. Would definitely recommend this company.

The ladies in that pawn shop was very sweet as soon as I walk I told them I'm afraid of dogs an the shut the door where the dog was at, note I'm horrified of them an normally they sense that but this dog didn't bark so I felt comfortable an we proceeded to talk. I have to say just how WONDERFULLY I’ve been treated by this Shop. The ladies are always so very nice and genuine. The shop has an exquisite selection of fine gemstone rings. I bought in my grandfathers 40 year old chain with a broken clasp, it is very sentimental to me so I brought it in to this shop because I figured I could trust them more than high end retail jewelers who would have charged atleast $250 for this job. I was shocked that for only $45- their off-site jeweler was able to fix and turn it around in just a week…right on time for my husband to wear it on vacation to visit grandma. She really lit up when she saw he was wearing grandpas chain! Thank you so much ladies of jewelry & loan for all your help!

This is by far the best most friendly pawn shop I have ever done business with. The ladies are so sweet helpful and knowledgeable. I will not take items anywhere else to pawn. Also have a great selection of items to purchase. I would give this establishment 100 stars if possible. Keep up the great wrk ladies

These girls are my FAVORITE! Every single time I get took care of and then some. I won’t go anywhere else or deal with anyone but then. I’ve been short a paycheck or 2 and they’ve always came through. God bless y’all and thank you for everything you do!
