Manger has a horrible attitude. Tried to explain what I needed she kept cutting me off. Manger said they were busy because it was lunch time I was the only one in line and she didn't even think that I was on my lunch break too trying to handle business. Called St. Paul's branch and got it done in 7 mins not 24hrs.

First Bank in Kenansville, NC is by far my favorite branch to visit. I travel alot with my job and although the people at other branches are friendly, they are nothing in comparision to the staff in Kenansville. I will make my banking routes go through Kenansville just to go to that branch. Miriam, Jolene and Lorrin make banking easy and fast! Any time we've had an issue or needed help with something, the Branch Manager, Verda Whaley makes sure the problems are solved and our needs are taken care of. In today's fast paced world, it is refreshing to be able to go to a bank for quick service knowing the people in it are genuine and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone, you won't regret it!
