Kaylie is the most disrespectful representative working at Lendmark, Kernersville. If you would like mocked, and belittled while dealing with unnecessary attitude while trying to understand the logistics of a problem, then by all means use this company. Thoroughly disappointed by Kaylie and her lack of quality customer service.

Let me start by saying the Ladies of Lendmark (Kernersville) are as sweet and personable as they are FABULOUS! My Wife and I were assisted specifically by Billy, who was very patient and detailed and absolutely adorable. The rest of the fabulous Ladies of Lendmark showed us the same service with a great smile. We felt like we were talking to old friends! I absolutely love the Kville branch and recommend that everyone go to them for their personal loan needs!!!!!!!

Amazing just amazing service I was looking for a commercial vehicle loan they unfortunately could not help me but the woman who answered the phone researched and helped me find places to contact and I just thought that was awesome. I wish I could have done business with them just based off that friendly service. Thank you.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place the rate of interest is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve paid above the minimum payment 10 months and my current Loan hasn’t even dropped by a 1000 dollars by now. Stay away from this place at all costs!

My husband had a vehicle loan processed yesterday from Lendmark. Great process from start to finish. All the ladies in the office made sure that my husband was able to secure the loan and were super helpful when a issue arose (not from their end) with getting it corrected.
