Asked for more time because car needed to be fixed,took forever to find repair shop that took my warranty, I have two phones a work phone and email and they claim I was ignoring them when I have two numbers and I work 24/7 so that being said I wasn't avoiding any body, they had my work number because my personal phone broke. There very rude and unreasonable, no worries, I have a new car on the way, no reason a 2015 car breaks down in 4 months , over heating , terrible breaks and all. Dam shame, lesson learned !

So ready to have my loan payed off this place is a rip off and charges you by the day more interest and 18 % screwing the people buying trucks or cars go somewhere else like the credit union
