I have extremely mixed feelings about Atlantic Financial Services--Angie and Deborah are great and will go above and beyond whats needed to help you out. There is a newer lady at this location who is by far the rudest person I have EVER dealt with. I have been a longtime customer in good standing--I owe less than 1000 on a car loan for a car that has not run in months now, I still make the payments and also have it insured. It's been a difficult year and I have been behind periodically by a week or 2 and E***** will call or text in a very nasty and threatening manner rather than ask whats up. I get it--I've worked collections and have heard all the stories but still with a long term customer NOT professional behavior at all. The final straw was this morning, I had changed my debit card number and told her to run it--she sent me a text that it was declined and to call NOW. I called back right away and told her I did not know what was wrong, her reply to me: "You'd better figure it out." well, golly gee, went over the card # again and found the wrong expiration date was entered and it went through without a hitch. no apology form her rudeness or anything else. Honestly, at this point if you need to deal with this woman run, don't walk, elsewhere.

Most unprofessional company ive ever seen. These thugs say you pay 20 % for an auto loan and really you pay 46 %. I dont know how people like this sleep at night. Think twice before getting financial advise from people who dont know what a receipt is. Not to mention they are all upiddy women who act like there you know what dont stink

Mrs. Tami was wonderful to work with. The fastest loan I've ever received and she was so kind and understanding. Highly recommend her and Atlantic Financial Services especially when you have an immediate need.
