We can't say enough good things about Shane and his team at Guaranteed Rate. We had been pre-approved, but due to extenuating circumstances, we had about 20 days to secure the mortgage to meet our settlement date. Shane assured us he could pull it off, and he and Heidi and the rest of the staff managed to move mountains, get final approval for the loan, and even had a few days to spare. Wow! Putting them through this truly dismayed us, but they did it! Shane came highly recommended by our realtor, and we are so glad we got on board with him. During the process we received regular updates of what was happening and where we were in the process.
