Can't speak for the company as a whole but the customer service in Kinston has gone way down hill since management has changed. Would definitely not do any more business with them

The person I dealt with didn't know what they were doing. Even though I cancelled the loan it's still showing up on my credit report, effectively hurting my credit score. I have no one to blame but myself and have learned a valuable lesson. I will never recommend your company to anyone.
