I have known Drew since 2010 and have personally seen him work with customers in the mortgage industry for years. Drew knows the business, has been the top mortgage producer in the OBX for years and has great customer service skills. He recently handled the refinance of my home in Grandy and I was extremely happy with the process. Right now, with everyone refinancing their homes, the refinance process takes time. Drew and his team were always available, responded to all of our requests and made sure we knew what to except. Their 8 step process was very helpful. I highly recommend Drew and his team.

Drew and his team at Citizens One helped us with an initial home loan and a refinance loan. Everyone at Citizens One was informative, helpful,professional and efficient. Betty answered my numerous questions to make sure I was informed and understood the process. Drew and Betty did a seamless job of helping us gather all the information needed for the underwriter and keeping all of our documents organized. If there was additional information needed,Drew and Betty always presented what was required as an easy to follow checklist. They have an 8 step process which was extremely helpful making both of our closings a success. I would recommend Drew and his team at Citizens One.

I am surprised at the good reviews Drew Wright received. This was my worst buying experience and I would never recommended Drew. The first problem was Drew neglecting to lock in the interest rate. I had given him all my banking information, etc. to get the best rate under 4%. Next thing I know is that due to a "miscommunication", my rate did not get locked in. This was a costly mistake. Because my closing date was coming up quickly, I did not change lenders. Bad mistake. The house I was buying had survey and title issues which had to be corrected before I could close. This took a couple months. However, when everything was straightened out, was Citizens One and Drew prepared. NO. After repeatedly asking what other documentation was needed, sending copies numerous times, being assured that "we have everything" they continued to drop the ball. Paperwork was lost. They requested documentation even after closing was scheduled. Drew and his team held up my closing several times. According to Drew.."we can't remember everything". My response, you don't have to as it should be a part of the file. I would never recommend Drew. Prices that get quoted are not accurate. Paid $555 for appraisal...opps, it is $100 more. It never ended with this company. All I can say is buyer BEWARE.

Hit a few road bumps along the way closing was postponed twice but Alex and Drew came through for us !!
