Horrible!!! We actually purchased a vehicle with them and yes they are very nice and they seem to he all about wanting to help someone but they arent!!! The first issue was the mechanic that worked on the vehicle to check it out before we purchased it put regular power steering fluid into the power sterring pump and this particular vehicle takes transmission flid so it burnt up and ate away at the parts and we had to replace that! With all the time that they offered to "help" if anything went wrong with the vehicle they dodged our phone calls for 2 weeks and finally cut us a check for less then half of what the work cost!! And now here is the big kicker when then happened we hadn't even made the first payment! So now today the second payment on the vehicle is due and guess where the vehicle is? It is sitting a mechanic shop with a blown transmission!!! Yep my husband was stranded on the side I40 with a blown transmission and had to have it towed to the shop which cost us 240.00!! And so naturally we go back to speak to these people who were so willing to "help" and once again they are dodging us and Makin all different excuses! This is absolutely rediculous! And now they want us to take abother loan out with them to help pay for the cost to put another transmission in it! Double payments seriously?!?!? Just make right with what you did wrong and let's go on with our lives! Not to mention my husband works for the shop that is in partnership with them!!!!!

Called them looking for a personal loan , was asked all these questions before my credit was ran , told them I didn’t own a car , and hours later was asked to use a car title for collateral after explaining I don’t own a vehicle definitely could have saved a hard pull on my report ! Waste of time I swear !
