Just got cussed out and yelled at by the manager. Very unprofessional. He said he was going to put court papers out on me because I'm one month behind and I guess he didn't like my tone of voice. Never have I been so disrespected in my life. I guess being TECHNICALLY NOT EVEN A MONTH LATE gives employees the right to yell at you, threaten you, and speak to you in an abusive tone. There are plenty of other lenders who will treat with dignity and respect!

I have worked with Regional Fiance Knightdale now for my 2nd approved loan. (I've never missed a payment with them.) I've enjoyed their service & timeliness up to this point. This recent approval process, I was given different information, I was told several times after giving my personal info again, that my app had to go back thru underwriting, even though I was told I was approved times before. I spoke with the Branch manager as a result of unusual busy phone lines every time I called. I kept being asked to resubmit info, I was hung up on while waiting for the branch manager, and was a bit difficult to share concerns with, and he doesn't know why agent on my acct told me bad info. I shared my frustrations and when promised a call back by the branch manager, I spoke to a total doff agent, which made feel like I was being passed off to someone new. I am disappointed overall in my entire experience, making this the last time doing new business at this location.

Very good staff.. very knowledgeable.. job performance spectacular.. they were very helpful when it came to my financial need.. I went to Regional in Knightdale NC..

Very nice staff , but they are short handed they could use another person.
