Very unprofessional…… getting financed was no problem. It’s the customer service from the manager that’s a problem for me. Slams phone down after our conversation. No good bye, no thank you have a nice day. Nothing!!!!! I would not recommend this place of business to anyone!!!!!

Terrible customer service from the manager. I been out of work due to Covid and ask if we can push back the payment for 2 months so we won’t fall to far behind with non payments and late fees. The lady that answered the phone was nice and was asking all the right questions, when she ask her manager I could hear her saying so no no no we have to have a payment. And the lady that answered the phone suggested a deferral program for us and the manager got mad and said no and then they muted the phone so we can’t hear the conversation. Now we are currently on time with our payments and never been late and also had a previous loan from them that we paid off and never been late for. And they refuse to help or offer any suggestions. Do not come here for your loan. No matter how good of a payment history you might have, all they want is the next payment.

Ms. Phyllis Woods worked endlessly for over a month to get a car loan for me. She is amazing!!!!
