Honestly this is the worst bank ever wish I could give no stars. Never seen a bank where you can't reach a rep after hours. Then try to login and it locks you out by trying to sign in after knowing your info is right. Then if it's a weekend and someone stole your card you can't speak with anyone to tell them. So basically you are allowing a scammer or person who stole a card to take all of your money and just have to deal with it till Monday morning smh. I'll never bank with them ever again! I do not advise anyone to bank with this bank at all!

I wish I could give zero stars. I was gonna put 3 thousand dollars and open an account. Too many complications and they wouldn't cash a check, from the state of NC. They missed out today, because I'm still gonna put my money in a bank, just not this one!

Computer Ms Halie researched back months to show the the item was not an NSF; while coworkers Ms Betsy provided input. I looked up ashamed “ holding up the line” and another lady gave me a smile and a nod I found out late it was the manager Ms Emily so to you 3 women holding down my branch of Self Help Credit Union you’ve earned 5 Stars and a shoutout you treated me as AT&T theme saying treat me like family and handle the situation; Thank You ladies.
